Accommodation is subject to availability and in case ashram accommodation is full for late bookings, we can help you to find the reasonable clean and decent accommodation near to the ashram or you can arrange what you like. We would advise you to confirm accommodation and inquire before or at the time of booking. In case you would like to go for your own accommodation then 5 USD and 10 USD per day would be deducted for the sharing and non sharing room respectively from the total retreat cost based on the number of days. No adjustments and deductions would be done afterwards once you book online. You must decide clearly at the time of booking. Accommodation and Retreats are non transferable and cannot be cancelled once booked.

Meals are organic, Indian vegetarian. We offer only dinner and lunch ( Two times). Meals are included in the retreat cost. Its cost cannot be adjusted or refunded in case you decide not to eat here later. Meals cannot be transferred to others and your friends.

School of Holistic Yoga and Ayurveda Goa, Yoga retreat follows a definite schedule. You’ll rise at 5: 30 a.m., meditate and do pranayama through dawn, breath and chant on the beach in the morning and evening and do two asana sessions a day. We do have interaction session in the noon where you ask questions related to spirituality, life and yoga. You will get to know more about Yoga and Vedic philosophy, You will get a chance to visualize the Vedanta traditions and customs from the close, you will listen to inspiring stories from Indian mythology, you will be acquainted with the basic Ayurveda way of living and eating as per your body and mental constitution, do your body constitution test, your own Ayurveda diet chart, know about yogic concept of diet and food. Enjoying Indian Ayurevdic delicacies and chanting bhajans and rituals in the weekend Saturday evening ceremony. Based on your interest and inclination, you can choose any of the retreats enlisted below.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Retreat Synopsis

The Kundalini is untapped energy at the base of the spine that can be awakened and raised up through the body awakening each of the seven chakras from Mooladhara to Sahrshara. Full enlightenment occurs when this energy reaches the Sahrshara (crown chakra) at the top of the head.

Each Kundalini and Tantra Yoga Asana series is done with a specific breathing technique that intensifies the effects of the poses with the purpose of freeing energy in the lower body and allowing it to move upwards. Kundalini sequences (called Kriyas) may consist of rapid, repetitive movements done with in conjunction with a designated breathing method or holding a pose while breathing in a particular way.

Our Kundalini Yoga class begins with a short chant followed by a warm-up to stretch the spine and improve flexibility. The main work of the class is called a kriya, which is a proscribed sequence of poses, moving consciousness within chakras, mudras and pranayama that focuses on a precise energy centres of the body. The teacher typically does not make manual adjustments. The class ends with a meditation, which is accompanied by the teacher playing a large gong, and a closing spiritual prayer.
