Reema is a charismatic Yoga teacher and spiritual mentor who illuminate the ashram with her presence and smiles. She manages the administrative issues and students feel free to discuss their issues and share light moments with her during the courses. She is a great spiritual counsellor and provides guidance at every step and at every stage. Hailing from a business background and after living a stressful urban city life for past few years, she finds solace in staying in the ashram and teaching practicing Yoga, Meditations now and offering her contributions at SOHYAA Goa.
Nisha Ahya (RYT 500, Yoga Alliance USA)

First tried out yoga when I was 13 as a part of one of the fitness activities during my schooling. But once grown got busy with life and career and had stopped practicing yoga. Was earning handsome salary in a corporate, But life was ruled by stress and tensions. I stopped myself for a moment to breathe and realized I was missing on living life. Once again I unrolled my yoga mat and started practicing yoga. This time I realized the connection between body and mind during my practices. The amazing feeling of mindfulness and 'being present in the moment’ is what draws me go back to my mat constantly. I have obtained my teacher's training from Rishikul Yogshala, Rishikesh (Himalayan Tradition) and from International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Madurai, India. I am a registered 500 RYT Yoga Trainer with Yoga Alliance USA. My practice centers around the breath and the cultivation of awareness of our mind and body.
I hope to inspire others through teaching and wishes to bring good health, peace, joy, creativity, confidence and positivity in life of others through daily practices of yoga.

I am Winnie. For me yoga is a way to gain inner peace and harmony by working at the energy level of the body. Its also a way to become more compassionate and loving human being. I have been a student of Buddhism for more than a decade. But it was only when I started practicing yoga and meditating six years ago when I discovered the depth of this philosophy. Before I started practicing kundalini yoga I suffered from severe and repetitive migraines. Kundalini and Hatha yoga cured me. I feel healthy and happy with my life. People say I look 10 years younger. Since yoga has become an essential part of my life. I have become more patient, loving and compassionate person. I learnt Kundalini Yoga from School of Holistic Yoga and Ayurveda Goa (SOHYAA), with Yogi Chaitnya as my mentor and teacher. I have been learning Tantra and Kundalini Yoga for past few years and feel blessed to teach what i have experienced and practiced in all these years. I have been actively teaching Kundalini Kriyas, meditations, Tantra and Kundalini Philosophy at SOHYAA , Goa and back home in Sweden.
